The Polish Academy of Sciences – Scientific Centre in Rome has the pleasure of inviting you to a seminar by Prof. Marek Konarzewski, President of the Polish Academy of Sciences, as part of the «CONFERENZE LINCEE», series organised by the Academia dei Lincei which will be held on Thursday, 12 December 2024, at 16:30 at the Academia dei Lincei (Palazzo Corsini, Via della Lungara, 10 – 00165 Rome).
During the event Prof. Marek Konarzewski will deliver a lecture entitled „Science Diplomacy and the Future of European Science”, in which he will discuss the vital role of science diplomacy in shaping contemporary international relations, as well as the challenges and opportunities for the future of science in Europe.
It will provide an excellent opportunity to reflect on the role of science in fostering international dialogue and how scientific cooperation can contribute to addressing global challenges.
