As part of the series of events jointly organised by the Polish Academy of Sciences Scientific Centre in Rome and the Swedish Institute of Classical Studies in Rome, we are pleased to invite you to a lecture by Dr Paweł Gołyźniak of the Jagiellonian University, dedicated to the work and antiquarian interests of Pier Leone Ghezzi (1674–1755) – an exceptionally versatile artist whose fascination with antiquity became one of the key elements of his activity.
The lecture will be held in English on 27 November 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Swedish Institute of Classical Studies in Rome (Via Omero 14, Rome).
